How will I know you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order. If you haven't received it after 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folders to see if it is there. Unable to find your order confirmation? Contact us at hello @ comfortandkeep.com and we will resend it.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once we receive your order, we fill and ship it within 1-2 days. During the holiday seasons, it may take a few days longer. We do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Is it possible to ship my order faster?
Yes, we offer Priority Mail Express at the current USPS rate. You can make your choice for shipping in checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us here as soon as possible. We cannot make changes if your order has already shipped, but we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase as long as products are not opened or used. You can learn more about returning an item here.
What happens if your order was undeliverable or returned to us?
If you do not accept your order or if USPS returns it, we will refund your order amount after deducting the shipping cost. We will not reship orders to the same address if the order was undeliverable. You must place a new order and confirm that the shipping address is correct.
I received my order and I would like to make a return. How do I start the return process?
Our Return Policy can be found here. Clearance items are not returnable.
My order was received and an item is broken. How can I get a replacement?
Please email us at hello @ comfortandkeep.com with a photo of the broken item within 5 days of receiving your package. We will replace any item we determine was broken in shipping.
